automatic country code missing

Removing the automatic country code messed up the operations of a lot of PipeDrive customers. I'm dead in the water and waiting for mine to get restored.

If you like the automatic country code adding then you can ask support to enable that feature for you. It was the default but we put it behind a feature flag.
