Open actions in closed deals

I often find I have orphaned actions when a deal is marked as won/lost but an action is still open. Could we have a prompt when a deal is marked as won/lost to close any open actions. Likewise when you close an action in a closed deal it still tries to create a new action. Addressing both these erowud be great.

    it might be better to create a notification before closing, that there are some open actions - open actions in closed deals have some usage as well - sometimes we reopen the deals based on open notification after couple of months, trying to approach potential customer again

    it was just an extended proposal for the problem you are targeting - that a window while closing a deal would pop-out, that would notify you, that you have some open activities there left

    not an existing solution unfortunately

    I take your point about open actions are soemtimes useful in closed deals. Love the notification idea, can I put that forward for consideration?

    Hi @Doug Elliott  and @Martin Pecha thanks for sharing. I've made sure our team sees your suggestions. The reason why we're currently not doing this is because many of our customers actually continue working with won deals, sometimes in other pipelines as well. This is for example for delivery or production which also has activities related to it. Winning a deal in that sense is often not the end of the process.

    However, I do get your point and a notification or something could be useful. I've passed it along ;)
