Syntax for MS Teams

Morning!

Has anyone successfully linked MS Teams for their calling device? 

I can link Skype, but I don't use that anymore, I have also got Skype for Business working, although that's now devoid, but I can't get MS Teams to work. 

I have phone license and International Call Plan from MS. 

MS Support have no clue when I ask them about Syntax. 

Can anyone help?

    Quick scoop, we're working on Marketplace app together with MS Teams to integrate MS Teams with Pipedrive. However, this version won't include the calling yet but will include video-calling and also notifications from updates in Pipedrive to feed into MS Teams.

    I'll pass on your feedback for potential future improvements but for now I really suggest you to push a little harder on MS support. As it's their tool they should have some syntax to link to other third parties such as Pipedrive so you can make a call.

    Hope they can figure it out for you!

    We unfortunately can never give out ETA's and timelines but it's more a matter of weeks then months, that is what I can tell you :) stay tuned!

    @Jonathan Ortiz-Myers you're right. We've hit some bumps in the reviews from Microsoft. We re-sent the info to Microsoft last week and are waiting for a response now. Looks like I was a bit too enthusiastic and optimistic in my comment earlier.

    Any news on this... I see that Teams now integrates but not the voice/calling element?  Or if anyone knows the correct syntax that would help!

    We would also welcome it if telephony via Microsoft Teams could also be integrated into Pipedrive.

    Hello everyone,

    I hope you are all doing well today!

    Currently, our Microsoft Teams integration is designed to work only when scheduling a meeting with one of your contacts in advance. While creating an activity in Pipedrive, you’ll have the option to generate a Teams link, allowing both you and your invitee to join the meeting. For more details about the integration, visit this link.

    However, initiating a call by clicking on a number is not supported, as Microsoft Teams does not allow a callto action, and their deep links cannot be used as custom syntax within Pipedrive.

    I can see how useful this would be so I will be sure to submit this as feedback. We forward all customer feedback directly to our product team through an internal channel, so I can ensure you that your feedback is valued and taken into consideration for future product improvements.
