Appointment Confirmation

I am using Pipedrive's activities feature to organise my diary. However,  as I use Zoho I cannot link my calendars which is a shame but not that big a problem. I do miss out on receiving confirmation from guests on my appointments confirming whether they are attending or not.

Is there a way to enable this function for appointments?

You can use the activity invites feature: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005286065-Activity-Invites

You can read there how to have the feature send emails from your own calendar when you sync this and make sure you also receive responses. These responses to activity invites will go to the email address of the assigned owner of the activity.

Thank you for your reply. I use Zoho for email and calendar. As far as I can see, your calendar sync only works for Google and Microsoft-based calendars unless you know a way I can do it through my Zoho Calendar that I can't seem to find myself?

Hi @Duncan Heath you're right. Currently we don't have a Zoho connection available unfortunately and it's not planned from our side at the moment. You could potentially reach out to Zoho as well and ask them if they have alternatives. Nonetheless, I'll pass on your suggestion to our team

Hi @Daryl I just checked with the team and there's no short term plans for this unfortunately and it's in the backlog of ideas right now.
