Replace Form Success Message with Page URL Redirect.

We would love to use the forms but we want to be able to redirect after form completion to a specific URL on our site. This is especially helpful for downloadable content after form completion, but it is also critical for goal tracking in Google Analytics. Thanks!

    That's one of the main reasons I don't use the Pipedrive forms...

    I recommend you to keep an eye on our new updates here since pretty soon we'll be releasing a web form update with just this functionality: https://community.pipedrive.com/feed/whats-new

    One of the improvements in the update is exactly that. Being able to set your own success page/redirect URL is part of the update. Stay tuned 🚀

    I have added a webform to my wix website page here:

    https://www.myelectricvehicle.org/test-page

    I am using the 'Redirect to another website' option and the redirect URL is https://www.myelectricvehicle.org/thank-you

    However when the form is submitted it opens the redirect URL in the HTML frame rather than opening up an entirely new webpage which is what I want to happen.

    Please can you help on this?

    Hi, well the redirect feature is new, so that is a great addon.

    Other than that, we use for a couple of customers, a nice custom work-around realized with Zapier (among others). This will give an opportunity to push Pipedrive data back to Google Analytics, with way more flexibility. And with the right setup, to do nice things. 

    In example:

    - Register events

    - Push data back like person, source, e-mail, id, etc.

    - Measure forms (as a catch-all, per form, or leadpage by example).

    - Measure other results i.e. when someone is a new deal by chat for example OR an other source.

    - Set back (push) other results, that are not online, but could be nice to have in your GA-view/data. I.e. someone converts as a tel.sales -> new deal > yet because 9/10 the call was initiated because of the website.

    - OFCOURSE GOALS REGISTRATION, And many more.  

    PS also these methods don’t care about which cms or website you use. So, it’s more future and website proof.
