Good day, @Inês Batata , @David Lorbiecke or @Mike van der Valk .

I am fortunate to be in the beta for the new webform which has just become available to my account. All is well, but I have a question. To whom may I pose it?

Thanks.

Joe

@Joseph Valenti If you found out, please ask if it will be possible to upload files via the webform! ;-)

Hi @Joseph Valenti great to hear from you! When it comes to the functionality itself or something that isn't behaving like you'd expect it to (happens sometimes in Beta unfortunately) then it's still the best to reach out to our support teams. They will give you the quickest help and are trained in all the features Pipedrive has to offer.

If it's more related to the functionality that's missing and you'd like to see or generic use cases of the Web forms it's best to post in the community. Other users/sales people can help chime in and we can pass on your suggestions to the product teams.

I would  find it also very helpful if one could upload (multiple) files via the new webforms and also if we could include something like conditional fields.

@Eugen Kaprov I've heard this one before. I know it's not in the near term plans but the team has it high up on the list for the future.

    Hi @Joseph Valenti

I have been using Pipedrive for a Real Estate residential brokerage firm. I understand that "person" can be used for clients or other brokers, and "organizations" for the companies each "person" works for.

What about our properties? I am not sure if they should go under "organization" because it creates a mess and mix with companies people work for. Maybe organize the properties as "product"? What do you recommend?

Looking forward to your expert advice, thanks!

    Regards

    Pedro
