'Remove unused seats'




Please make this feature accessible from the Users tab again.
If it's not present in this tab, you have to really wonder where else it could be.
I spent 10 minutes to find this feature in the Billing tab.
Not very intuitive, and in its earlier version, it worked well.

Hi @Amit Sarda thanks for sharing, personally didn't realise this isn't present anymore there after the latest update. I'll speak with the team, hopefully we can improve the UX there

@Amit Sarda the team is aware and is planning some bigger changes around billing and user management at the moment. We'll improve it in those projects, thanks for pointing it out!

Currently you need to deactivate users, the pop-up @Amit Sarda spoke about should be there again. So when deactivating users, in the pop-up you can select to remove unused seats as well.
In case you missed it, just head to your billing menu, there's also a button to remove unused seats.0 -
