⚠️ Update: Good news, this is now possible! 🚀 See more here. ⚠️

Microsoft and Pipedrive have joined forces and will soon release a new app in our Marketplace. 

The app will focus on sending notifications from data updates in Pipedrive to your MS Teams channels so you can share information with non-Pipedrive users.

Almost simultaneously we'll release the option to create activities with MS Teams video meeting capabilities.

    @Jeff Blumental I wish I had a timeline for you but unfortunately these are a very tricky thing to share. Especially in this case where most of our work has been done and now has to be reviewed and approved by the Microsoft team.

    Hi @Mike van der Valk I have seen integration projects with Zoom and others ... they do not contemplate integrating Google Meet? considering that they are highly integrated with the G Suite?

    Hi @Hans Nieto the work we've done with Zoom is to also set up our system to be able to integrate with other options out there in the future including Google meet. There's no immediate plans right now, but if this will get prioritised in the future we'll be able to implement this quicker.

    This is fantastic news! I have struggling to figure out how to get PipeDrive and our MS Office platform unified, and looks like this might be just the innovation we need. Thanks!

    @Keely Biggs our work should be done next week and then we hope Microsoft will review it quickly so it can go live. However, we are dependent on that review unfortunately.

    @Ferrin Govender I checked in with our team and they mentioned it's in the last stages of review at Microsoft. It's unfortunately out of our control but hopefully shouldn't take too long anymore.

    After the Microsoft review they asked us to make a small change on our end. We're working on this now and hope to re-submit the app to them in ~2 weeks and then we have to wait for their review again. Unfortunately this takes a little longer then releasing general Pipedrive features since there's another party involved. But no worries, we're on top of it and thanks for the patience!

    looking forward to this but much more important would be to actually integrate Pipedrive entirely into teams so you can work inside of teams so the users don´t need to leave the app

    Unfortunately no new news since 5 days ago where I answered Konrad up here.

    After the Microsoft review they asked us to make a small change on our end. We're working on this now and hope to re-submit the app to them in ~2 weeks and then we have to wait for their review again.     Can you please integrate the VOIP of Teams? We have teams and use it for our calling out, since we have already paid for this, is there a way to utilize inside of pipedrive in which we can record outbound and inbound calls tied to accounts?

    Hi @David Tapang I'll pass on your suggestion to our team. For now since Pipedrive is connected with Zapier and we do have an open API these are 2 ways of connecting your VOIP system to Pipedrive. Assuming VOIP Teams has an API or Zapier integration you can use as well.
