Adding activities in bulk🤔

Hi all 👋 I need to add an activity to ALL deals in a pipeline but can't find a way how to do it. Any ideas?

You have several options 

1. Zapier
2. Mass Import CSV

1. Create a dummy custom field.

2. Create an automation that creates the desired activity when the deal is updated for the above dummy field.

3. Update the value of the custom field for all deals (bulk edit).

@Boris Tsibelman I have never added activities via CSV import. How would that work?

Individually yes, but I dont think its a scalable solution

Both automations and exporting/importing work. Automations is the quicker workaround. If this is not available on your plan then export all your deals including their ID's. Then add activity columns to your spreadsheet and reimport it. Be sure to map the Deal ID again so activities get added to the existing deals. Check out this article to help you with it.

I bulk add activities using import/export.

Make sure when you export, you include the Pipedrive ID number.
