Bugs with Pipedrive email sync coping with 2 factor authentication

Anyone else having issues with the above? After going to 2 factor authentication for Outlook, for security - Pipedrive no longer syncs emails for our sales team, and we are getting no resolution

    Hi Ben - did you get a resolution? We had 2FA enabled recently and experience the same.

    sort of... It took many interactions and requests to PD support. I think for some of our team they had to stay on the legacy email sync platform, and for some there was an authentication process. It is working now, however - so it can be done
