Activities timeline is being cluttered by "Communicator Call"...

If we talk all the year with our client by phones it’s will be too much calls activity’s 😕
each time they call us or we initiate the call we will see activity call and the recording also...
This will make the time line tooo long...

There must be a setting to stop logging these calls as activities.

How would you see this change? Right now it's done like this to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Any activity you have is logged so that you and your team won't miss anything.

Hi right . But after we won a deal we will be on contact with our customers for years. And to many calls will be . We are music school. And keep in contacts all the time with the parents.

It’s will great if you add another tap beside the emils type activity’s and files and note this will help to filter the activities if we need to read just the standard or typing history and story of our clients.

Yeah. Bcz if we talk each day 10-20 time with the person we will fill the activity in inbound and outbound calls it’s will be toooo much calling activity.
must be tab where the email and files and note. For call. Type activity. Or filter inside the timeline for this type of activity.0 -

We don't have any plans around this right now but I'll pass on the suggestion. It won't help yet with the many activities linked in the detail page but you can always create a filter on the activities list where you filter out certain type of activities with specific contacts. Also the contact timeline will help you get a better overview.
