Automation with a custom field in person.

Hey, Pipedrivers!    

I have Custom Field in Person named "Category". This field contains number. From 1 to 5. It is analog of rating to list of contacts I have.  

I want to create an Automation Workflow where it triggers on finishing type of activity "Call" and in dependence of number in custom field "Category" set new call in next day\week\month\year and etc.

Is it possible to do so with custom field in person?

    Hi @Aleksandr Salekh !

    With the current options in automations it's not possible to compile all of these conditions in the same trigger, unfortunately. I've made sure to send your suggestion to our team so they can take it into consideration in future developments.

    I would suggest using something like Zapier or Automate.io to achieve this, check them out in our marketplace.

    Você pode criar um Filtro para cada numero do seu campo.

    Exemplo de Filtro: me mostre Negócios que a atividade "Chamada" foi concluída hoje e que o campo Categoria seja 1

    E faça um para cada categoria

     

    Ai no Integromat.io você cria uma automação que o Gatilho seja Watch Deals

     

    Seleciona este filtro

    E depois escolhe a ação.
