Notification Emails

Does anyone know how to get email notifications for any deals in pipedrive in real time? I have enabled my real time notifications in settings but have not received emails on any deals I follow.  I added an activity and shifted the deal forward in the process as a test and never received an email.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Juliana Wise !

    Email notifications will only be sent out if you haven't read the same notification in-app (which shows up under the Sales Assistant💡). Also, you have to be a follower of that Deal, which from your description you already are. Learn more about this here.

    If you didn't read the notification in-app but still didn't get an email notification, please reach out to our Support team so they can help you troubleshoot and understand what's going on.
