Can we understand which page or webforms come from?

Hi,

I am using the webform functionality in pipe drive to convert it into a lead. I am selling different products lets say, so is there anyway I can know which page the webform is submitted from?

This will help me convert into a lead for that particular name. Else I will have to create 200 forms for 200 products?

Hi @Nivu Hussain , you can set webform for products categories. Products will be added later on each deal created from the webforms.

    Hi @Nivu Hussain !

I suggest using the field "Lead title prefix" (Submit Options > Saving Preferences) to include something that helps you know which page the webform was submitted from. 🚀

    @Inês Batata boa tarde.

It would be nice to have a drop down on the webform, so the prospect/lead could pick a product he would like to have. Agree with Nevu this will be painful to manage only at the deal level.

Look forward to this and more features on Leads!

    thank you

Hi @Inês Batata - I had a look at this in the web form I have set up in the newer format.  It looks like there is a way to specific a static prefix in the deal or lead title prefix field. What would be most helpful is if it can indicate the page from the website which is came from.

Is there any coding logic we can use to put the specific page URL (or URL stub, or page title/description or something specific to the originating page) into this prefix?

This would be helpful for forms which appear throughout the site, in the footer of all pages, for example.

    Hi @Sue Steckle !

Exactly, there's a prefix you can use for each webform to identify it, a feature that the old webforms also have.

As to identifying the specific page URL I don't believe there's coding you can add from Pipedrive, but I would suggest duplicating the form into however many pages you want to have it in, and for each one have the prefix be the indicator of the page.

Hi @Luiz Curado , thank you for your input, I'll definitely send it internally to our team for consideration in future developments.

In the meantime, what you can do is create a multiple-option custom field listing your products, which you can then include in your webform.

This won't connect with the Products feature, but at least it will give you some additional valuable information about the customer's intention when they submit a response to your form.

Take these tips to stay on top of what’s coming down the line:

Is there a way to add "lead title prefix"  as a column on your lead inbox? I've searched and can not find that as an option.
