Lemlist Email Open Filtering
Hi,
I understand you can filter by Pipedrive tracked emails. I'm using Lemlist to send out most of my cold emails and wanted to filter/sort by the open tracking data it sends back to Pipedrive. How would I go about doing this?

Hi @Freddie Sexton unfortunately right now only emails that are sent from Pipedrive are can be used to track the opening or link clicks in the emails. For emails sent from other places (even though the address is synced to Pipedrive) the tracking won't be reflected in Pipedrive. However, you can think of using some third party / API integrations to try and set it up and reflect that information in Pipedrive.

Understood @Mike van der Valk however b/c the metrics are in Pipedrive (pushed from the Lemlist API) I would think there is some sort of way to sort/filter by this, no? Maybe @Guillaume Moubeche maybe has some ideas being that he is the one who sent me here to fall in ❤️ with Pipedrive.

One thing you can do is go to your activity list and create filters there for example filtering out all activities with subject "opened message" or all with "sent message" you can make all kinds of filtering combinations and add also information to it like it needs to be linked to a specific contact or deal for example.
