How to automate an activity triggered by an incoming email?

I have a website where you can signup for our subscription based service.

I would like the ability to send an email to pipedrive when a new user signes up and let this email be a trigger in Pipedrive to automaticly create an activity.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

    I will go in that direction then.

    I just hoped that it was possible to use an email from a specific email address as a trigger and to do this within Pipedrive.

    On a similar note (sort of) is it possible to create a task on a deal when the deal receives an email?  For example, when a customer sends me an email, create a task on the deal to follow up the email.  Thanks

    How will you do an automation with zapier or integromat if pipedrive doesn't have a trigger for new mails in a deal?
