Organization name not visible in pipedrive

Hello, we created a zap to add prospects from Aeroleads to Neverbounce (to valid emails) and then to pipedrive. But somehow organization name is not added to the contact once a new contact is added to pipedrive through that zap. A new org is created though in pipedrive. Need some help on why the organization name is not visible in Pipedrive..

    If you can see Org name for manually added deals, most probably the problem lies in your ZAP.

    Check if the org name is updated in the ZAP.

    It's definitely an issue on your end [not with pipedrive/zapier] where you are doing something wrong.

    Hi @Girish Shilamkar !

    From your description I would say that you're probably missing a "search" step in your zap, but I would confirm it with Zapier's support so they can help you troubleshoot and fix it, as they're the specialists. 🙂
