Emails templates using predefined emails recipients instead of default deal contact email.
By default when using and creating an email template the template only allow us to use the default deal contact email as a send to email contact. I need to create email templates that my sale team will be using for specific business processes ( for example submitting a new signed agreement) and I need within these email templates to set predefined emails recipients instead of the default deal contact email. Can this be done and if yes how ?

I'm afraid at the moment this is not possible, but I've made sure to send your suggestion to our team internally, so they can consider in future developments.
I would suggest you take a look at the integrations available in our marketplace, as they allow you to create automations outside the scope of our own native features. I did a quick search for you, take a look here.

Same here. It would be crucial to have this possibility for outreach with bulk emailing or even individual emails to decide wether you want to send the message to the professional email address or private one.
