Zoom Phone integration?
Zoom Phone seems to be gaining popularity, but it's not an option for us yet because it doesn't integrate with Pipedrive. Would love to see that integration available, since we're already heavy users of Zoom for video calls.

Hi @Jake Nicholson !
We're currently beta testing a native integration with Zoom video calls - if you'd like to be a beta tester too, see here how to do it.
As for Zoom Phone, as far as I'm aware I don't believe this is in our immediate plans, but I've sent your suggestion internally to the team so they can consider it in future developments. Thank you for your input!
In the meantime, you might be able to integrate Zoom Phone and Pipedrive via a third party, see the integration platforms available in our marketplace here.

Technically this will work. Under your Caller settings, under "Default calling app", select "Default phone call handler". Then when you click on a phone number, the first time, it may ask you which app to use and you can select Zoom Meeting.
The result is that when you click on it, it will jump to Zoom and put the phone number into your phone. The catch is that you have to click the dial button. This is a Zoom issue, not Pipedrive. There's an article about it here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360027633731-Using-click-to-dial-and-highlight-to-call#:~:text=Overview,clients, Microsoft Office, etc.
I'm using it and while I'd love it to dial automatically, it's working

I would also love to see Zoom phones integrated. We recently adopted Zoom phones for the entire company. I noticed the post was 11 months old. Has there been any further updates?

Zoom just launched their new product - Zoom Phone. And I think it is much better than Justcall and Toky. It would be great if Pipedrive can integrate it with their system so I can directly make calls using Zoom Phone.

I believe you can use Zoom for click-to-call right now with Pipedrive.

Nope. I don't see the option to do that. I have integrated zoom in my Pipedrive account. But when I click to call, it opens up facetime or skype to call.
If you want I can record a quick video for you.

Ok. So after following that guide, highlight to dial works but click to dial still opens up skype even after I changed the default calling app to zoom.us from facetime.

The same applies to me!
Let's go with zoom phone integration. it's quite some time now since the integration is requested and still not happening.
I also contacted zoom, and they took an action on their end. now it's your turn pipedrive!

does it integrate with pipedrive?
are the calls recorded here?

I too would like to see the Zoom phone integration for my team.

Its surprising how few phone integrations there are that support US users. Where is Zoom Phone? 8x8? Ringcentral? All of the popular US voip carriers don't have pipedrive integrations RC's community built open source widget doesn't count since from my experience testing it was pretty buggy.

Hi Jake! 😃 Pipedrive does actually have an integration with both 8X8 as well as RingCentral! Links below! They have just been built by those systems
https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/pipedrive
https://www.8x8.com/products/integrations/work-for-pipedrive?locale=us
How do these look?

It's been two years now since a requested integration with Zoom Phone. Is it on the roadmap at all?

I feel like the integrated phone solutions with Pipedrive in the US are very lacking. No native integration for Zoom Phone, Ring Central, Ooma Business, Grasshopper, Dialpad, Google Voice, etc. Maybe I am wrong but going through the Pipedrive Marketplace all the solutions seem to be geared toward call centers or businesses located outside the US. Many of the previously mentioned VOIP services integrate with Pipedrive's competition. What is going on Pipedrive??

@Mike van der Valk Zoom phone will be a perfect addition to all of your other phone integrations, zoom phone is a great product and really should be an integration with pipedrive.
Check out Zoomphones smart embed https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/12394677216909-Adding-and-Configuring-Zoom-Phone-Smart-Embed possibly this can help with an integration.
Hubspot, salesforce, MS Dynamics and Sugar crm have integrations for zoomphone, would be great to have it with pipedrive

Hi @paul-tech and @Brandon Wood_1990
Thanks for the tag! I'm going to pass this on to our Marketplace team. I'm not an expert so sorry if this doesn't solve it for you, but in the meantime could Zapier work? https://zapier.com/blog/join-zoom-meeting-by-phone/

Hello @Mike van der Valk
To my understanding Zapier does not have any zaps for Zoomphone, Zoomphone is a cloud based voip service, its an additional service offered by Zoom, above you are referring to one of there other services.
Please refer to this link https://explore.zoom.us/en/products/zoom-phone/
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
