Please allow different tiers of membership!
Hey, we would really love the ability to have different tiers of users. For example, most of our users only need to have the Essentials plan to track deals, but a couple of the BD devoted folks need to upgrade to Professional, unfortunately, it seems as if I can't do this.
Now we have to look at other options, which is really frustrating.

Unfortunately at the moment this is not possible but it is a topic that comes up every now and then and we do understand how it would be important for some users. I've made sure to forward it internally to the right people for consideration in the future.
I'm sorry to hear you're considering other tools, but I recommend you reach out to our Support team and talk to them about this before making a decision, it might help.0
