Email tracking thru smart BCC
Just a thought: Have the ability to add parameters to the Deal Bcc address for email tracking and more since so many of the emails are synced to pipedrive this way. For instance organizationname-fd3dd2+deal1117&[email protected]
The reason for our constant usage of smart Bcc is that pipedrive isn't able to link emails to deals if the email address is linked to more than one deal so we incorporated BCC in our process.

Hi @Eli Glanz thanks for sharing. Do I understand you right that you use the email sync but then need to use the BCC to make sure it links to the right deal and you want to make sure you can still track open and link clicks?

Hi @Mike van der Valk Any news on this feedback. I have exactly the same issue. I had to incorporate Smart Bcc to work around this issue.

I've just spoken to our Product manager on this area in Pipedrive and passed on your feedback. Unfortunately there's no other workaround yet then using the BCC but tracking doesn't work there as of now
