Hi,

I have been using prospector and it's going to be a real asset but there are a few issues that I thought I would raise; I fully understand that it's in Beta and these may already be in the dev feature list.

1. While anyone can use it for searching, when you want to generate a Lead, you can only do this if you have an admin account. This is in slight conflict with the fact that PipeDrive recommends NOT giving access unnecessarily due to the power it brings! I think it would be worth having an intermediate account level (perhaps 'Sales') who do not have all the access of Admin but can generate Leads etc.
2. You cannot save searches and have to continually rerun them
3. It would be good if you could export searches for further analysis sorting etc

1. It is in plans indeed, though can't say the ETA exactly.
2. We have thought about adding it as well. Could you elaborate your use case a bit more? Do you have multiple customer profiles that you'd like to switch between?
3. What type of analysis would you perform on the results? How would you sort the results?

Thanks for the response.

I think it is really a case of currently having to rerun the search over and over again while refining the criteria and it would be really good to be able to save them. I have a weekly Sales review with the Founder and it would be great to have a number of searches saved to discuss opportunities in various sectors / regions rather than rerunning a search every time.

Additionally, being able to export/import to filter would seem a useful feature although not as critical.

Hi again and thanks for the insights. While exporting results is not on our list of ideas to work on, we could add some more sorting options for example. It would be great to understand by what properties you'd be sorting the results and what kind of other analysis you'd be running on the results before deciding to add the leads.

We've now added a permission called Add Prospector leads to Pipedrive Permission Sets. When it's enabled for regular users, they can add Prospector leads to the Leads Inbox. Hope it's helpful!
