Would love to have the ability to mark a task item as high-medium-low priority.

Then be able to filter by task priority to see which are the highest I want to tackle first in a day.

Currently a good workaround for this is to create custom types of activities that have the degree of priority written into their names; that way you can simply filter by type of activity. See how here: How can I create custom activity types?
