I have seen that there is a new option to be released soon I think.

This is where you create your own contact form and embed it in your site. Presumably it will trigger the formation of a new deal or contact supposedly?

I would like to hear from someone who has done this and are there any pitfalls?

You can have the form submission create a new lead/deal.

The downside of the tool is it does not have the ability to create custom upload fields.

You also cant customize the design as much as you would a third party form tool.

    Thanks V Much!

Customised uploads are important so will bypass this and go for Ninja Forms.

    Hi @Hugo Sandall !

Our new webforms feature allows embedding and creating deals or leads from from submissions. It also allows redirection to another website upon submission, and the usage of custom fields to collect data. Take a look here and try them out: Web Forms (BETA). 😉

We'd love to hear your feedback, as it's still a beta version that we want to develop more.

This has been part of Pipedrive (somewhat) and has moved into a new category that Pipedrive will charge to use now . :(  It was free but looks like you will have to pay to use forms now.  Totally bummed!

Hi @Cynthia N. ! We sent out communications to all our users this week detailing how the new webforms will work for their particular case. Please check with your Admin user, they should have received an email from us. Check the Spam filter, sometimes it can have gotten stuck there.

If any questions still remain, please reach out to our Support team and they will clarify further. Thank you!
