Add (future) subscription in Deal → Revenue

When we add a subscription, say $10/month for 1 year, to a "Deal", its lifetime value is $120. We see this projected in the charts under "Insights".

However, this deal isn't closed yet. When we press "Lost", the subscription remains and the amount is still visible in the charts.

What would work in our flow: We add a Deal and attach a subscription to it, but we only want it "active" i.e., counted in our revenue after the deal has been marked as "Won", not during it's still open.

Hi @Carlo Badini , thank you for your feedback!

I tested it in my own account and got the same behaviour when I lost the deal. @Kirill Grebtsov and/or @Seda  is this by design? Thank you!

    Hello @Carlo Badini

Thank you for bringing this up, this is something that we're continuing to work on.

We will definitely come up with a better solution for lost deals revenue reflection.

    Hello @Carlo Badini

@Carlo Badini In the meantime, it should be fixed if you add a filter condition "Status is not lost". Thank you for your patience! Like my colleague KIrill said above, we're fine-tuning it for a more intuitive behaviour.

Speaking of which, here are some pro tips to stay on top of things:
