Is there a way to feed updates into Prospector?

I have been doing some searches with Prospector and found that in a few cases the information is incorrect.
2 examples, 1 I get a non-delivery on the email address although the person is still listed as being the MD and 2 I have an MD who resigned last year.
I could create a custom field but obviously, any future prospector searches will still pull back the incorrect data.
Additionally, and this might be how we are using it; when turning the Lead to a Deal it does not seem to pull across the job title.
