I would like to see more functionality, on an advanced tab.

I would like to see Lead Booster use "keyword" detection to answer questions.

I would like to see Leadbooster have a recommend products for e-commerce or services, so that sales can get closer to the sale.

I would also like to see a Facebook Messenger integration.

I would like to see an auto responder integration.

I would like to see a node based connection system.

I would like to see non linear drag and drop of those nodes.

Your going to integrate microsoft teams function - Great if Lead Booster could ask sales if they followed up, using email as a reminder, OR TEXT MESSAGE!

I would like to see lead booster have more than one pop up type animation

and have more than one area it can belong to on the page - such as anywhere you place the code, header, body, ect.

    Could you please elaborate more what you mean and why you need the following items:
     

    • I would like to see more functionality, on an advanced tab.
    • I would like to see Leadbooster have a recommend products for e-commerce or services, so that sales can get closer to the sale.

    More functionality on an advanced tab: Let's try to keep things simple for the folks that need to rapidly put something up on their site. Pipe drive can maintain a solid USP, on lead booster ( have your bot up in 5 minutes! ) and show how simple and easy it is. YES! I love that your bot get's up and running in minutes. 

    Advanced Tab: Now it's time to dig in. Much like taking an imovie project into Final Cut Pro, or taking a pencil drawing from draft to detail and advanced tab will allow your customers to dig into new technology that are offered by other more advanced bots and bring them to PipeDrive. 

    Advanced bot tab: is a way to get what we both want - PipeDrive can increase their offering and charge and upgrade fee ( if you want ) to the bot, or specific bot functions ala-cart. 

    Your customers can explore getting new bot functionality from around the web that is integrated into Pipedrive without having to Franketstien a new system, and try to get the integrations to work.

    By keeping your bot Separate in 2 parts.

    Basic and advanced - Pipedrive can work on these more advanced functions of this new cutting edge lead grabbing abilities, without changing the initial lead booster program, but increasing it's ability and making more revenue from it.

    Let's look at some example bots that are making headway in the space.

    There are so many bots out there that have different set-ups it's not hard to imagine how PipeDrive can monetize this.

    I don't want to give you guys more work than you can handle Ideas are easy to come up with, implantation, action, follow through, are the hard steps. That being said. I believe that if Pipedrive can dedicate a team to building out your AI for business. That it will pay for itself. Because we all can agree AI is the future in every category of business right now.

    However I don't think that Bot's will only be useful as a front end tool, but also a back end administrative assistant to help keep those leads nurtured, and help keep humans on task, and reminding us who we need to pay attention to, and what leads we need to stay on. You back end lead assistant Microsoft office bot integration.

    This is going to wrap up what I think advanced should included. Grab the best features of these bot, and build your own system from them. 

    Offer this as an upgrade offer to help these upgrades pay for themselves so that it makes sense for your engineers to work on it, and keep the changes coming.

    Live Chat : Just needs more flexibility. It shouldn't matter when I want to jump on on a chat - I should be able to do so at anytime, even if they haven't given their name to me. Even though I think that should be default ( name+contact info) If I want to jump in and answer a quick question... I should be able right? 

    Live Chat: But I would love to be able to send a customer into a flow as well I think that would be smart.
