Help with automation

Have over 300+ organisations assigned to a deactivated user which need to change ownership. I can bulk change ownership in the organised tab pretty easily, however I need to set activities for each of them. Using the automation function would allow me to do this, but this will create an activity at the same time and day for all 300+ records. Is there a way to automate the creation of activities over a range of dates and time?

    Hi @Zak !

    I'm not sure I understand you end goal correctly, but you can indeed create an automation that generates activities for different points in time by using the drop-down menu when creating your Activity action in the automation:
