Lead Inbox and emails sent
When I send an email to a lead, this email isn't "tracked" or connected to the lead, why?
Use case: If I send an email presentation to a lead, I cannot see this action on the Lead Inbox panel :-( I have to write a note with "Email sent on xxx"

Unfortunately the leads and mail area aren't fully connected yet 😢
It's on the roadmap though and this behaviour will be possible in the near future!0 -
