Linking people to multiple organizations
Hello! Looking for guidance - our company works with agencies where one account contact would manage multiple organizations. For example an advertising agency where we have the organization as 'Multi-Media Inc' but we want them linked to the 'Nike' organization - do we have to create multiple 'people' such as Amy Hunt with Multi-Media, Amy Hunt with Nike, Amy Hunt with Gucci? If we change Amy Hunt to Nike..her Gucci will not link anymore.. etc etc. making us create multiple Amy Hunt's.

Unfortunately at the time there's no way to achieve what you're looking for without a downside like the ones mentioned in the link above.
I understand this is a hassle for users in your situation and we appreciate your feedback. I've made sure it reaches our team for consideration in future developments. I'd like to add my vote for adding this. We have this type of need too.

I'm into the first hour of my trial with PIPEDRIVE. I work with hotel owners, and many of them own more than one hotel. I really need the ability to link a contact to more than one organization. This could be a deal-breaker for me buying a subscription or not. Please let me know what your team is thinking in regard to a timeline for adding this feature. Doug

This is becoming an issue for our organization as well. We're finding duplicate records in our system which is causing a lot of data clutter. This type of functionality should be offered since many using the system deal with agencies or holding companies that have employees managing/representing multiple clients, or sub-companies. Based on my experience in sales, with the success of Salesforce, one would expect Pipedrive to up it's game, but still remain true to it's mission as a "simple CRM." Not to mention many smaller companies don't have the budget for pricier CRM's and Pipedrive can really come to the rescue here.

Please experiment with Dedupely to deal with the issues of duplicates.
Hopefully it will help a bit with this issue.
