Pipedrive Trello Powerup error?

I can't figure out why Trello is telling me that 'The user who created this board is no longer active in the current company'. I created the Trello board, with the same work email address that I use for pipedrive. Why would this be happening?

    Hi @Kate Fitzpatrick ! I'm sorry to hear you're having this inconvenience. Could it be that your user in Trello has somehow been deactivated?

    Please clear the cache and cookies in your browser and try again: How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
