Admin’s Can’t edit Workflows, Templates le Other things?

Just wanted to say I’m not impressed at Pipedrive or how fast they are innovating. Seems like they are just relaxing and collecting our money without the same innovation that Zoho or other companies are doing.
for instance, why can i not edit email templates or workflows that my employees make? Seems pretty easy and intuitive that admin’s should have this access. But Pipedrive is lazy and won’t make these types of tweaks to their platform.

Hi @Kody Ahrens
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us, we appreciate it.
I checked in with our team working on the workflow automation feature and asked what's the plan. They mentioned it's in the backlog to give Admins a bit more control on this part but we have to stay careful as some workflows can trigger personal actions like sending emails or Slack messages. However, at the moments efforts are prioritised towards features that are better designed for remote teams to support during the current situation.
I'll do my best to convince the teams to give this more priority as soon as we can.
Just also wanted to let you know we have a topic called "What's new?" on this community. I hope when you take a look there we can convince you we're working hard on making Pipedrive a better product for all our users. Prioritising what to do first is probably the hardest part of the job though. Thanks again for sharing!

This seems like a pretty fundamental feature to me. I would suggest not enabling for all users but only for Admins. What happens if we have automation created by an admin user that is used company-wide and that person leaves.
Other Admins should have the right to view other workflows at least, and preferably edit them.
Thanks

I agree and need those permission as an admin as well. I have now workflows running from users who are not in the system anymore. The only option is to delete and rebuild them, not very user friendly (and, I cant even see the details of the workflow since you can't enter edit mode). So please, fix this asap.

@Chris Stanley and @Daan Tames thanks for the additional comments. I'm going to make sure our team working on the automation will have a look. I know their planning their next work, hopefully we can prioritise this

Just got back from our team. It is part of our plans but no ETA right now.
For now, you can actually reach out to our support in-app or via [email protected] if you need to reassign workflows from deactivated to active users. We can do that for you.0 -
@Mike van der Valk just to add my interest to this discussion. I have workflows from two deactivated users that affect all users on Pipedrive. As admin, I would like to be able to manage these.
Thank you!
