e-mail link regardless of open or won status

Hi, can you please advise why e-mails are only linked to open deals? I get quite a few e-mails from clients after the deal is won and to manually update them is a tedious and time consuming exercise, can you not link regardless of open/won status?

    Hi @Lanese Juta thanks for sharing the feedback. Currently this is done because most of Pipedrive users are using Pipedrive for the process of closing deals. However, we are exploring how we can better cater to the needs of customer success, follow-ups, etc so I'm definitely going to make sure our team working on that sees you feedback!

    Would be great if also mails would be matched to the most recent won deal.

    If that not matches your product philosophy, please add a feature of "suggested deals" in the mail view. it is quite annoying to manually search everytime for the deal...
