Am I correct that Pipedrive does not support custom html email templates?

As far as I'm aware we used to support HTML5 for email signatures but I don't believe we support HTML email templates. I recommend you reach out to our Support team to confirm this and possibly get some alternatives (no promises, though). How can I contact Pipedrive Support?
