Dedupely - why isn't this a standard feature in pipedrive

When sucking in linkedin data directly from linkedin you get a lot of duplicate organisations etc.  THere is a paid Dedupely product. But why doesn't pipedrive just make this function as normal feature?  It works well and would be easy to do??

Because Dedupely works on multiple platforms - the matching logic is tight to allow duplicates which also generate revenues for some platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).  Dedupely is a really good product.

Hi @Tyron Giuliani we actually do have a merge duplicates feature in Pipedrive: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000809337-Merge-Duplicates

Also, when importing data and also using API you can decide to use the duplicate rules to avoid duplication bringing in new info to Pipedrive.
