Make URLs in Leads clickable

Hi PD team, can you please make URLs in Leads clickable? I.e. I do not want to change it but be able to click it and get to the corresponding page on the web, here LinkedIN and XING profile. But it could be anything really: website, github, personal blog... This is beneficial while contacting a lead to quickly open his LinkedIn profile (going to the contact pperson field for this to work) is cumbersome and too many clicks. Thanks!
