Automatic opening of New Activity Dialog is creating a problem

There are occasions when we automate the creation of new activities as others are marked done. This works great except when the marked activity is the last one of that person. In this case, PD opens up a new activity dialog to assist in making sure we keep activities alive on everyone... However, the automation hasn't had a chance to fire yet so PD doesn't know we already took care of it. This results in having to cancel out of the new activity dialog often which is a concern because training users to get in the habit of ignoring and canceling dialogs leads to many problems. It would be nice to have a preference to disable this auto activity dialog from opening.

Hi @Katie Shane
There's currently an internal discussion going on as to how to solve it technically. Hopefully we can make your life easier with this moving forward, thanks for sharing!

Great to hear that Mike! Just set-up pipedrive for a relative, including automated creation of new activities, and having the option to disable the activity popups would absolutely improve his pipedrive experience

Looking forward to seeing this live! I am hearing this regularely.
Just heard an additional requirement: The planned activity should have a predefined due date. Something like "tomorrow, 9:00". I can imagine that this helps as personal preference. For example for people which do a lot of calls.0 -

Hi @Bernd Auer you mean the one added via the automation? In the automation you can define when you want the activity to be right? Or am I not following it right?
