Insights "Beta": How to report number of calls by campaign (using Pipedrive's Caller) ?


We have several campaigns in Pipedrive and one agent calls for multiple campaigns.

Could we have a report per campaign and not only per user/agent?

    Hi @Rik Reynaers !

    At the moment that is not possible, but maybe a workaround you can use is create a custom type of activity that you associate with each campaign and then filter for those in your report.
