Default activities duration

Hi Everyone,

Looking for a way to set a default duration for each activity types.

E.g call = 180 sec; mail : 300 sec, etc

Sounds like a basic feature but can't find how to do that (using the standard license).

    Unfortunately that is not possible for now, it would be a good improvement.

    At the moment this is not possible in any plan, but I can see the usefulness of your suggestion. I've forwarded it to our team for consideration in future developments.

    Is there still no solution for this? I rarely schedule activities for an hour. Calls are almost never an hour. If there is no solution now, could you simply let us edit the default activity duration under company settings > activity settings > activity types > edit ? 

    I schedule a lot of tasks on mobile, and it's tedious to go in and manually change every single activity to 30 minutes instead of an hour. 

    Just guessing, but I'd think making activities default to 30 minutes instead of an hour would probably be better for most users.
