Hi @Mike van der Valk
Do you know if this is solved?
I have used it for quotation to some clients.
But one of the clients mailed me, because they where not allowed to open the link for the quote for security reasons?
Security Warning: This email comes from an external source. Be careful when clicking on the links and attachments. You can report suspicious emails through the Report Message extension.
Thanks for sharing the feedback. I've passed it along to our product team so they can research it and prevent it happening in the future.
Glad to hear you are enjoying the feature!

I just checked - it worked fine on my end.
I would try it again

Hi Martin, are they using OneDrive?
If yes - that will be a message from Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection - ATP Safe Attachments policy warning message.

Ill tried to send a quote to another client with the link today. He could open the link and saw the "by Pipedrive" thing but not the quote..? There must be some security issue involved?
This client use MS Outlook exchange and Edge in a municipal organisation.
It would be neat to use the tracking, but we cant ask all clients if the can open the links.
We had the same issue with the tracking in PD mail. We stopped use this, because some clients did not get the mail at all, and our domain got "suspicious" at their mail services...
@Pipdrive, please do some serous testing to solve this!?

No, the template is made in Google docs. But will be sent as an PDF in Documents.
