how can i filter leads by postcode/city, so that we can drill into an area to find customers specific in that part of the country

    You would need to create a filter using the postalcode/city.

    You cant highlight over a region and assign those to a specific person.

    is this on the leads section or deals section?

    i am wanting to filter on the leads section.

    @Amos Calder unfortunately it's not possible in the leads section yet. We're working on custom fields and after that custom filter support. Once that's done you could filter on that. For now it's unfortunately only possible in the deal/contacts area in Pipedrive.

    Hello @Mike van der Valk, has this feature been added to Pipedrive? I would like to be able to search by city on open leads.

    Hi @Kayla Best

    Yes, if you have a custom address fields on your leads then when you fill it in you can filter out specific areas. Double check at support.pipedrive.com on the articles for custom fields and filtering but this works on leads too :)
