Leads Default View

Currently the Leads page defaults to the 'Everyone' view, which Support have told me cannot be changed.

Every single time I open the Leads page I have to go through the very annoying process of changing the view from 'Everyone' (which shows the leads for everyone in my company) to 'Mark Peacock (you)' to show only my leads.

Developers - can you please enable users to change the Leads default view?

    Given Leads is still in Beta I'm sure they would be all over it but thanks for posting because it sure is a bit annoying!

    Is there a way to change the default setting when you enter a lead  or deal, that it won't create the name with the word "lead" or "deal" automatically populated to the end of the lead or deal name? Currently, I have to edit the name and delete the word, "lead or deal".
