Insights reports are Missing Data

Hi all,

Not sure where to go to from here - whether help inside Pipedrive or ask a question here.

I am having issues with Insights reports that I am building out at the moment. I seem to not be able to add fields to be visible in summary sections, have reports that show data in summary but do not appear to add it in the report, have revenue reports that are showing incorrect revenue splits where I need them.

Guess my question is, sho do I go ask about this one?

    My apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    I can see that Tomas from our support is already addressing it, however, by the looks of it - engineers will need to conduct an investigation and see what is the reason columns you select are not added to the table in Insights.

    So, hope we can tackle it, and, Tomas will keep you informed meanwhile.

    There are some other reports that are having issues and I will work through them one at a time. Understand that these might be to do with Insights still being in Beta.

    Hi Geoff, I've noticed the new insights being a bit glitchy recently as well. Hopefully, the Pipedrive team is aware and working on it.
