Email notification based on rotting status

Am I missing something or is it not possible to create an email notification workflow automation based on a deal trigging the rotting condition?

    Hi @Brad Krause !

    You can create an automation that triggers on the condition "Deal updated: Filter > matches > rotten deals" but on its own this is not enough; any update to a deal that was already rotten will trigger it.

    I would suggest you take a look at the integration platforms available in our marketplace, as they allow you to create automations outside the scope of our own native features. I did a quick search for you, take a look here.

    I would create an automation that mirrors your rotting criteria with a "create an activity" when it is in a certain stage or whatever the same amount of time as you consider the deal rotting.
