Is there are way to get all synced emails through API ?

I want to extract synced emails data for each deal. 

How can I get this data with an API ?

I don't think that's possible from the API endpoints I've checked we have, but I recommend you ask your question in our Developers Community, it's also moderated by us and thee's other API knowledgeable users there who can help you.
