Trying to create workflow automation where Trigger: Activity Type = Newsletter Bounced to remove ema

Trigger: Activity Type = Newsletter Bounced

Actions:

  1. Remove email address(es) from Person
  2. Remove value(s) from custom Email List person field
  3. Adds value of "Yes" to custom Email Bounced person field

I believe there's a limitation in workflow automations which will not let me do certain portions of this (remove email address and remove value from Email List field)

Any confirmation, help and/or pointers appreciated!  :)

it's a bit tricky / misleading, but the above is possible afterall.

Thanks David from Pipedrive for responding to my support request.

In case anyone else needs it, just leave the email and the Email List (custom field) blank and Pipedrive will understand to remove any current values from those fields.  NICE!!  :)

I'm looking for a quicker means to update contact records from inbox bounced messages that were sent to a filtered group.

Right now, All I can do is use two browser windows and bulk edit the filtered list after looking at the first window email list (has the email address in the subject line) and checking the select box of the contact in the second window.

Have you found a way to deal with outdated contact lists from the COVID employee layoffs? We're seeing ~60% bounce rates to our former lists
