File Uploads for Chatbot and Livechat

Hi there,

I am missing the option to upload files. I can communicate with Pipedrive support and upload files via chat, but the own product of PD has no such a function.

Any plans to add the function? If yes, when?

    I second Robert's suggestion. Uploading files for customers to download based on their responses is very desirable as a vendor / manufacturer.

    Hi @Robert , apologies for the radio silence. The notifications must have somehow fallen through the cracks.

    Although we have some improvements to ChatBot and Live Chat planned, currently there are no direct plans for this one in particular but the team noted down your suggestion for when they'll work on updates again. We appreciate your understanding.
