Reports missing data

I am trying to create an insight report to see how we are doing. I have built the report but it has not pulled any data in, just gives me zeros and I do not understand what I am doing wrong. we have lots of data in there. This is a new login though so am recreating reports. Please advise.

Have you solved it already? Perhaps reach out to our support team or share some more details here? How did you set up the report, perhaps we can discover what went wrong..
