Org Charts
What org chart solutions are some of you using and are you integrating with PD? Ideally there would be an org chart builder under the PD Organization that a user could drag and drop names into. Any talk of this feature being added? Or is there an app in the marketplace I'm overlooking?

Hi @Greg Sonnier do you mean to organize the users in your team or the organizations that are your customers and how they are connected to each other?
Can you help me understand your use case?

@Mike van der Valk , definitely the latter. Is there a way to create customer hierarchies, as in, who reports to who within the org? If not, is that on your radar at all?

Unfortunately this doesn't exist by default. Currently you can only relate organizations to each other: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/207391735-Related-Organizations
However, you could set up custom fields for Job title, and for example a field where you enter who's their boss or who reports to them. So with custom fields and filtering you can technically bring in all the data you want, just takes some manual setup. Learn here how custom fields work.

Thanks for the note Mike. I appreciate your suggestion, but not ideal. For large organizations, this feature would be super helpful to keep track of who reports to who. Hopefully, I'll get my wish someday. :-)

Exactly what @Denny Reinert said. We map organization hierarchies using a visualization tool. Attached is an example of what one looks like.

One the same page @Denny Reinert . It would be super helpful having this feature in PD. How are you currently managing your org charts?

Same requirement here for managing large accounts... I am thinking of creating an extension in the market place for this... @Mike van der Valk would Pipedrive support that approach? @Denny Reinert would you be open to exchange on requirements?

Hello @Mike van der Valk , interested in this thread. Looking to be able to map the org chart of our customers with the contacts we have in Pipedrive. Was there any movement forward with this idea, or any marketplace extensions that could help?
