Email tracking icon not visible to colleagues

Hi,
We have set the tracking function as default but when a new deal is created and mails are sent, the email tracking information is not visible to a colleague, only to the sender. Is this a known issue and is it in the feature stack for coming releases?

Good suggestion.
You can actually do this already with LeadBoxer. We can track all your emails and push behaviour to Pipedrive as activities. Meaning you can see all the behaviour in the deal/person/org timeline and build automations on top of that. Currently only the sender of the email message has the option to track it. I'd like to understand your use case a little better: in what type of situation would you need another user to track an email that was sent by you?
If other colleagues are trying to track the emails they're sending and can't see the buttons, it probably means the Admin user has disabled that permission for them and needs to enable it. See here how: Permission Sets.
If after that the issue persists, please reach out to our Support team and they will help you troubleshoot further.
